Pedialyte (or gatorade or propel, but those have more sugar) is a great way to restore needed electrolytes to your nervous system. Exercise is only one way to burn electrolytes, stress also does it. Also, take a multivitamin and eat a (not too big) healthy meal; start with a salad, and make sure there are a couple servings of lightly cooked vegetables. Eat a good meal everyday. Get enough sleep every night. No smoking and LAY OFF THE ENERGY DRINKS FOR A WHILE.
